Blue Jet Healthcare was the first company in India to produce saccharin and its derivatives, or artificial sweeteners. They offer niche products targeted toward innovator pharmaceutical companies and multi-national generic pharmaceutical companies.
Blue Jet Healthcare is 100 percent owned by the Arora family. The public issue comprises only an offer-for-sale (OFS) portion of 2.4 crore equity shares by promoters Akshay Bansarilal Arora, and his son Shiven Akshay Arora.
